Amaçlar/
Başkent Üniversitesi Kültür ve Sanat Araştırmaları Merkezi 2005 yılında kurulmuştur.
Merkez kültür, sanat, tasarım, müzik, sanat tarihi, sanat eğitimi, geleneksel el sanatları, arkeoloji, antropoloji, mimari ve restorasyon gibi alanlarda ve bu alanların teknoloji ile ilgili uygulama ve araştırma konularını içeren tüm konularda aktivite ve araştırmalarını destekler.
Merkez ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde bilimsel araştırmaların yapılması, devlet ve özel sektöre bağlı projelerin geliştirilmesi ve müzik, kültür ve sanat tarihi konularında kamu ve özel sektöre danışmanlık hizmeti verilmesi görevlerini yüklenir.
